Corporate Communication & Marketing Executive This role combines corporate communications,digital marketing, content creation, branding, compliance documentation and basic IT coordination to enhance the company's professional image and operational effectiveness. Work closely with Management and various departments to develop marketing initiatives, manage digital platforms, produce engaging corporate materials and support company-wide communication activities. Key functionals Corporate Branding & Communications Develop and maintain a consistent corporate branding strategy across all communication channels. Strengthen and promote the company's corporate image and reputation. Prepare corporate announcements, newsletters, internal communications and company updates. Ensure all corporate communication materials align with company branding guidelines. Marketing & Digital Communications Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. Manage and update the company's website, ensuring content remains current and relevant. Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others). Analyse campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements. Content Creation Produce creative content including: Photography, Videography, Corporate videos, Employee highlights, Project progress updates, Articles and news releases Edit photos and videos for digital marketing and corporate presentations. Coordinate with external photographers, designers and media agencies where required. Corporate Materials Development Design and update: Company Profile, Capability Statements, Corporate Brochures, Presentation Decks, Tender Presentation Materials, Recruitment Marketing Materials, Exhibition and Event Displays Ensure all marketing collateral is professionally designed and up to date. Corporate Events & CSR Plan, organise and coordinate: Corporate events, Staff engagement programmes, Client visits, Award ceremonies, Company celebrations, CSR initiatives Coordinate event logistics,publicity and post-event communications. Compliance Communications Support preparation and communication of: ISO documentation, ESG reports, Sustainability initiatives, Corporate governance materials IT Coordination Provide first-level IT support for office users. Coordinate hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Liaise with external IT vendors for system maintenance and technical support. Maintain IT asset inventory and software licence records. Support implementation of new IT systems and digitalisation initiatives. Website & Digital Platforms Maintain and optimise website content and user experience. Improve website SEO and online visibility. Coordinate website enhancements with external developers. Cross-functional Support Collaborate with HR on employer branding and recruitment campaigns. Support Business Development in preparing marketing proposals and client presentations. Assist project teams in documenting project milestones and achievements. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
