Quality Assistant Engineer

Assist with sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers Support Quality Engineers in new product launch and sustaining manufacturing lines. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues, SPC trends Analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to upper management when necessary Prepare “First Time Quality” reports and scrap reports Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external Assist in Quality Improvement projects Assist in “Production Part Approval Process” submission Assist in Quality planning and development Assist in Internal and External audit Requirements Diploma in Engineering At least 3 years of similar experience in the manufacturing industry problem-solving skills Prior knowledge in SMT / PCBA assembly / Bulk Capacitor manufacturing process is an added advantage Good team player Kindly understand that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
