The Painter Supervisor oversees painting works on-site, ensuring quality finishes, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities Understand 3D Drawing Go site by site make sure painting complete Follow introduction from company Handle worker issue Plan and schedule painting works according to project timeline Ensure proper surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, priming) before painting Monitor quality of painting works (finishing, coating thickness, consistency) Inspect completed work and rectify defects when required Coordinate with main contractors, site engineers, and other trades Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations (WSH) Manage and control usage of materials, tools, and equipment Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety practices on-site Maintain site records and progress reports
