Lead the Quality Systems and Compliance team to provide end-to-end QA oversight of site quality systems and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement through the management of KPIs, deviations, and contamination control strategies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 years of GMP industry experience and 5 years in leadership roles. Preferred expertise includes pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing and deep knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and Data Integrity.
