Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects. Monitoring ongoing expenses, identifying potential savings, and producing progress reports for clients and stakeholders. Managing contracts and procurement, including negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money. Conducting risk assessments, method statements, and cost value reconciliations to maintain project efficiency and safety. Liaising with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Job Requirement 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Tender Management. Experience in Gas System, Process Piping, Mechanical (M&E), Semiconductor, or EPC projects is preferred Pay attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Good written and verbal communication skills Able to speak, read and write in 2 languages is required as main company headquarter is at Taiwan.
