Gelato Specialist / Store Assistant

At YEAH GELATO, we craft fresh gelato fresh daily using premium natural ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives. With 6 outlets across Singapore and continued expansion plans, we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to grow with our team. Salary: $2,600 – $3,500 per month (depending on experience and position) Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable customer experience • Conduct product tasting and recommend gelato flavours to customers • Prepare, serve and present gelato according to company standards • Operate POS system and handle cashiering duties • Maintain outlet cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards • Follow company SOPs and operational procedures Additional Responsibilities for Store Assistants: • Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning • Monitor inventory levels and place stock orders • Receive and check incoming deliveries • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports • Support staff training and supervision • Ensure operational excellence and SOP compliance • Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally • Support outlet sales performance and team development Requirements: • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility • Customer-focused with excellent service mindset • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Good communication and teamwork skills • F&B, retail or customer service experience is an advantage • Training will be provided Why Join Us: • Fast career progression opportunities • Structured training and development program • Performance incentives and bonuses • Work with a growing Singapore brand • Enjoy gelato privileges 🍦 Work Locations: Multiple outlets across Singapore Apply Now: WhatsApp: +65 89526627
