Job Summary We seek Part-Time Knowledge Management Specialists to organize, classify, and structure educational content focused on Primary Mathematics. This role suits detail-oriented candidates comfortable with digital tools and interested in education, Mathematics, data, or AI. Responsibilities Organize and classify educational content to support the development of a smart learning platform Review content for accuracy and consistency following structured guidelines Input data accurately into digital systems and spreadsheets to maintain content integrity Manage and check spreadsheets to ensure data quality and correctness Apply time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks independently after training Learn and adapt to internal guidelines and processes to improve content management efficiency Maintain a responsible and proactive attitude toward assigned tasks and continuous learning Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in tutoring, teaching, classroom support, or other education-related roles Familiarity with the Singapore Primary School Mathematics syllabus to enhance content relevance Experience in content management, data entry, tagging, categorization, or administrative checking Interest in AI, educational technology, online learning platforms, or structured data work Candidates awaiting university admission or currently pursuing further studies are encouraged to apply, subject to availability and suitability
