Marketing & Product Executive

Job Description We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Marketing & Product Executive with strong graphic design and digital marketing capabilities to support the growth of our B2C business channels and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding consumer sales channels, creating marketing collateral, managing digital content, executing marketing campaigns, and growing sales through e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. Key Responsibilities • Develop and expand B2C sales channels and markets to achieve business growth targets. • Manage and grow the company's presence on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and other online marketplaces. • Create and coordinate marketing collateral including product catalogues,brochures, flyers, point-of-sale materials, and promotional materials. • Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across Facebook,Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. • Develop engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, product highlights, and promotional campaigns. • Create, maintain, and optimise product listings on e-commerce platforms and company websites. • Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and platform activities todrive sales and customer engagement. • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities on e-commerce platforms. • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, photographers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. • Support product launches, exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or a related discipline. • Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, product marketing, or sales support will be an advantage. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. • Experience creating marketing materials, product catalogues, promotional collateral, and social media content. • Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content. • Experience managing or supporting e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar online marketplaces will be an advantage. • Familiarity with product listing management, online promotions, and marketplace operations is preferred. • Experience with Canva will be an advantage. • Strong copywriting, communication, and organisational skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
