Job Description We are looking for a friendly and responsible Clinic Assistant to join our aesthetic clinic team. Responsibilities Welcome and register patients. Schedule and manage appointments. Answer phone calls, messages, and customer enquiries. Assist doctors and therapists with basic clinic operations. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness. Handle payments and issue receipts. Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality. Assist with stock checking and general administrative duties. Requirements Good communication and customer service skills. Friendly, well-groomed, and professional. Basic computer skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
