We strive to reach different audiences in the wine community through our various brands including: Park90 – an award-winning wine lounge that has established itself amongst wine connoisseurs Grand Cru Wine Concierge – a premium wine retail shop cum wine bar that provides customized and exclusive offline and online wine buying experience Vivino – the first global flagship outlet of the world’s most downloaded wine app and the largest online wine marketplace About the role As part of our shift towards innovation and growth, Wine Portal is looking for a Marketing & Creative Executive to undertake marketing projects to build prominent brand awareness. You will aid to conceptualise and design creative marketing campaigns that can make a difference in our company’s success according to trends and customer interests. Job Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, create and execute creative concepts for the Company's brands e.g. marketing collaterals, logos, displays, brochures, posters, product packaging, online and offline advertisements and promotional materials. Handle all print/digital/web/multimedia projects, from concept to delivery, as requested and briefed. Social media planning (content creation, post scheduling, paid ads) Ensure that design artwork is aligned with brand guidelines. Translate, elevate, and incorporate the brand DNA in all design artwork Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create collateral and marketing materials Coordinate and support brand and promotional events and tastings Plan and art direct in both photo and video shoots for internal and external usage Do video editing and simple animation Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent. Experience in a corporate environment with a minimum of 2 years of working experience Content creation/Photography/Videography skills for social media Experience in designing artwork such as EDMs, posters and banners Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, or Canva Strong copywriting, communication, creative thinking abilities, and project management skills Wine knowledge not a necessity but an interest is a plus
