Talent Coordinator (Part-Time Contract Term)

• Working hours: 3 days/week (Mon/Wed/Fri) – 4 Hours a Day • Hourly rate: S$12/hour Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time assistant to support the People & Culture team. This role will assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Post and refresh job advertisements on job portals. Screen candidate profiles and applications. Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates when required. Onboarding and Offboarding Support Assist with onboarding and offboarding arrangements. Issue and collect uniforms where required. Update employee records and trackers. Prepare basic HR documents such as confirmation letters and certificates of employment. Assist with work pass application and renewal follow-ups. HR Administration Maintain employee birthday and confirmation lists. Update HR files and records on SharePoint. Assist with employee queries where appropriate. Support the team with other ad-hoc HR duties. Requirements Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior HR or admin experience is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Organised, meticulous, and able to manage tasks independently. Good communication skills. Able to handle confidential information professionally.
