Dfma BIM Modeller - Prefab MEP

Job Overview: Join our team to revolutionize construction with advanced BIM technologies. As a DfMA BIM Modeller – Prefab MEP , you'll develop and optimize BIM models for prefabricated MEP systems, ensuring smooth collaboration between design, engineering, and production teams. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 BIM Model Development, Coordination & Data Management Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools. Integrate prefabrication needs, perform clash detection, and resolve conflicts early. Update BIM models based on design changes and site feedback. Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and shop drawings for MEP prefabrication. Standardize BIM libraries and processes for efficient project delivery. 🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical support for resolving BIM-related issues. Work with teams to optimize models for fabrication and ensure smooth workflows. 🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Generate progress reports and provide updates on model status and coordination. Qualifications & Experience ✔ NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields. ✔ BIM software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). ✔ Knowledge of MEP systems is preferred. ✔Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination is a plus. ✔ BCSS certification is preferred. ✔ Fresh graduates are welcomed. Skills & Tools ✅Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. ✅ Strong understanding of prefabrication and modular MEP systems. ✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. ✅ Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
