Job Title: Director Job Description: Director for Finance and Strategic Planning in leading the company for various matters of the company with the purpose of reporting to company's board/HQ including but not limited to: Job Scope: Provide strategic leadership for the Company's finance, accounting, and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, corporate policies, and governance standards. Establish and maintain effective corporate governance and organizational control frameworks. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to support the Company's strategic objectives. Develop and execute financial and business strategies to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Direct and oversee corporate projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while managing cross-functional stakeholders. Lead, develop, and mentor finance and administrative teams to achieve high standards of performance and operational excellence. Advise senior management and the Board on financial, strategic, and business matters, providing insights to support informed decision-making. Serve as the primary point of contact with Headquarters on financial, strategic planning, governance, and corporate reporting matters. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, internal controls, and organizational effectiveness. Requirements: Possess Bachelor's degree Proven experience in business development with a strong professional network and stakeholder management capabilities. More than 10 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, administration, and business management in the field of built environment, construction, or engineering industry. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business strategies, with a strong understanding of regional market developments and business trends. Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting. Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational performance. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
