Site Foreman (Architectural)

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues. Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials/equipment to complete the construction work within schedule Supervision of Subcontractor’s work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements Experience: 3 – 5 years of Building engineering experience Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details Completed at least 1 building project Value Add of Position Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department Ability to make fast decisions
