🏭 Established Manufacturing Company 📍 Marsiling, Singapore 💰 Basic Salary: Up to $2,000 🎁 AWS + Attendance Allowance + Shift Allowance + Medical & Dental Benefits Job Responsibilities Set up and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and processes Perform mould changes and support production activities Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with approved standards Support production targets for quality, output, and efficiency Manage material usage and minimise production scrap Maintain GMP, safety, and quality standards Participate in process validation and continuous improvement activities Ensure proper communication during shift handovers Requirements NTC, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of injection moulding experience preferred Familiarity with scientific moulding and process optimisation is advantageous Knowledge of hot runner systems and moulding process troubleshooting Experience in medical manufacturing environments is an advantage Able to work shifts Working Hours 🌅 A Shift Mon – Fri: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Sat: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM 🌆 B Shift Mon – Fri: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sat: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM 🌙 C Shift Mon – Fri: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Benefits ✅ AWS ✅ Attendance Allowance: $100/month (full attendance) ✅ Shift Allowance: A Shift: $2/day B Shift: $5/day C Shift: $10/night ✅ Annual Leave up to 18 days ✅ Medical Benefits ✅ Dental Benefits ✅ Stable Career Opportunity 📩 Interested applicants are welcome to apply with an updated resume.
