Manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling and task allocation. Maintain high service quality by overseeing treatments, client satisfaction, and hygiene standards. Promote retail products and salon services to drive sales. Address client concerns and ensure personalized service. Assist with inventory management and administrative tasks. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Beautician and in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments and salon operations.
