Job Summary Deliver engaging and effective Science and Chemistry lessons to Secondary 1 to 4 students, driving their academic progress and collaborating with parents and the teaching team to enhance learning outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the centre’s curriculum to Secondary 1 & 2 Science and Secondary 3 & 4 Pure/Combined Chemistry students Prepare detailed lesson plans and actively contribute to curriculum development to ensure content relevance and effectiveness Monitor and track students’ academic progress using assessment data to identify learning needs and adjust teaching strategies Provide constructive feedback and actionable solutions to parents to support student development and address challenges Review and refine teaching programmes continuously to improve student engagement and learning outcomes Collaborate with colleagues and perform other relevant academic duties as required to support the centre’s educational goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher Passion for teaching and commitment to student development Patience, responsibility, and openness to feedback Strong communication skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues effectively Positive “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn; training will be provided for candidates without prior teaching experience ✨ Why Join Us?
