Client Services Officer Responsibilities: Meet and Greet clients and visitors Co-ordinating all meeting rooms bookings Answering all incoming calls and managing the switchboard Assist in F&B arrangement for meetings Ensuring the upkeep of front office area Assisting in ad hoc administrative duties when required Requirements: Higher NITEC, GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels or Diploma in Hospitality Minimum 2 years’ experience in Front office or Hospitality industry will be an advantage Proficient in MS Outlook & MS Word software applications Well-groomed and project a professional image Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Possess a positive attitude with the ability to provide excellent service working within a team We look forward to receiving your application.
