Accounts Assistant (Tuas)

🟨 Working location: Tuas area 🟨Salary: up to $3,000 Job Responsibilities Maintain cash book and perform bank reconciliations Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and monthly Statements of Account (SOA) Manage petty cash and assist with GST filing Support monthly stock take and maintain fixed asset records Prepare journal vouchers and update balance sheet schedules Assist with road tax and insurance renewals Support month-end closing and internal/external audits Perform general finance, administrative, and ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage 300/Accpac or equivalent) Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines EA License No: 19C9611 EA Personnel Reg No: R1433735 Teng Wei Mun (Celest)
