About this role

Job Responsibilities Attend on-site workplace incidents and conduct initial fact-finding and documentation. Manage the full disciplinary process, including investigations, Show Cause Letters, inquiries, and case documentation. Handle workplace injury (WICA) cases and liaise with MOM, insurers, and relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and Work Pass requirements. Advise site managers on employment matters, disciplinary actions, and regulatory compliance. Liaise with clients during incidents and provide timely updates and resolutions. Prepare incident reports, maintain case records, and recommend process improvements. Support MOM audits, inspections, and other compliance-related matters. Monitor incident trends and ensure timely closure of all cases. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business, Law, or related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or incident management. Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, WICA, WSH Act, and MOM regulations. Experience handling disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, and employment-related matters. Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills. Able to travel to operational sites and attend to incidents after office hours when required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report writing.
