Job Summary SUSTAINABLE SECURITY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. seeks a Security Operations Manager to lead cybersecurity operations, design security architecture, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with policies and industry standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage the organisation’s cybersecurity operations to protect information assets and infrastructure Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity architecture and controls to safeguard systems and data Monitor security events continuously and respond promptly to cybersecurity incidents to mitigate risks Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend effective remediation measures to strengthen security posture Perform risk assessments and apply appropriate security controls to reduce exposure to threats Develop, update, and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards aligned with best practices Administer security technologies including firewalls, endpoint protection, and security monitoring solutions to ensure operational effectiveness Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and regulatory standards Prepare detailed security reports and provide actionable recommendations to management for informed decision-making Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices to proactively enhance security measures Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or information security Strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, network security, cloud security, and risk management Experience in security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management Proficient analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant cybersecurity certifications (not mandatory but advantageous)
