About this role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives as the company transitions toward AI-driven products and consulting services. This role will support the growth of our digital services, AI solutions, and consulting offerings by developing data-driven campaigns, strengthening brand positioning, and generating qualified leads across digital channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content strategy, and performance analytics, with the ability to communicate technical and AI-related solutions in a clear and business-focused way. Job Duties Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid advertising, and other relevant digital channels. Develop marketing strategies that support the company’s AI products, digital transformation services, and AI consulting offerings. Work closely with product, sales, consulting, and technical teams to understand AI solutions and translate them into clear marketing messages for business audiences. Identify and test new digital marketing channels, automation tools, analytics platforms, and AI-powered marketing technologies. Research market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging AI adoption trends in Singapore and regional markets. Create and manage campaign content, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, product messaging, case studies, presentations, and campaign decks. Support website optimization, landing page creation, and user journey improvements to increase engagement, conversions, and lead generation. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media campaigns, search campaigns, display advertising, and remarketing initiatives. Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, engagement, customer acquisition cost, ROI, and other KPIs. Build campaign reports and presentation decks that clearly explain campaign objectives, execution, results, learnings, and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to support go-to-market activities for new AI products, digital platforms, and consulting services. Support brand positioning by ensuring consistent messaging across marketing materials, client communications, events, and digital platforms. Answer questions and present campaign performance, marketing outcomes, and project successes to management, clients, and stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B business. Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing strategy, preferably in a technology, SaaS, digital services, or consulting environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, website optimization, and paid advertising. Experience creating marketing campaigns for B2B audiences, enterprise clients, or technology-related services. Ability to understand technical products and translate complex ideas into clear, business-focused messaging. Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, ROI, KPIs, and conversion metrics. Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear marketing copy, campaign reports, and presentation decks. Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and basic graphic design tools Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
