As an Account Executive, you will support the account management team in delivering high-quality client service, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. Key Responsibilities Support the Account Management team in managing day-to-day client communications and project coordination Prepare project status reports, and follow-ups to ensure alignment across clients and internal teams Assist in developing clear and concise briefs for creative, strategy, and production teams Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery Utilize AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, workflow tools) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes Use AI-driven solutions across campaign execution, reporting, and internal workflows Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, production, tech) to ensure seamless execution Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with actionable insights Manage administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing coordination, and project tracking Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Min 1 year or prior internship experience in account servicing, marketing, or advertising agency environment Practical experience using AI tools to support workflow optimization, operations, or campaign execution Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proactive mi…
