Job Description Attend to customer enquiries. Register visitors and manage admissions. Verify membership and access. Handle bookings and attendance records. Process payments where required. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Support emergency response activation. Maintain incident records. Monitor lifeguard attendance and handphone surrender. Assist with facility operations and administration. Requirements Customer service experience preferred. Standard First Aid + CPR + AED certification. Good communication skills. Able to communicate and write in English. Medically fit. Honest, responsible and customer-oriented. Minimum GCE O-Level (3 passes) or equivalent.
