Senior Lifeguard (Team Lead)

Job Description Lead the lifeguard team during each shift. Supervise swimming pool safety and operations. Coordinate emergency rescue operations. Prepare weekly duty rosters. Conduct induction and emergency response training. Ensure all rescue equipment and first aid equipment are operational. Maintain staff certifications and training records. Prepare incident reports and operational reports. Ensure compliance with NUS safety procedures and SOPs. Cover meal breaks and coordinate manpower deployment. Requirements Relevant swimming pool operations experience. Bronze Medallion (Singapore Life Saving Society) or equivalent. Valid Standard First Aid + CPR + AED certification. Knowledge of spinal injury management and oxygen resuscitation. Able to communicate and write in English. Medically fit. Good leadership and supervisory skills. Minimum GCE O-Level (3 passes) or equivalent.
