Staff Claims Executive

Process employee medical, transport, overseas travel, and other staff claims. Verify claims against company policies and supporting documents. Conduct post-payment verification and claims reviews. Process manual claims and claims adjustments. Follow up with employees and external parties on outstanding claims. Prepare claims reports and maintain accurate records. Support claims-related audits and system enhancements. Handle staff enquiries relating to claims processing. Requirements Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in claims or finance administration. Good understanding of claims processing procedures. Experience with Workday is an advantage. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
