Sales Manager

📢 Hiring: Sales Manager (Construction/Renovation Projects) 📍 Location: Woodlands 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 💰 Salary: based on experience Job Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients. * Attend customer meetings, site visits, and project discussions. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales enquiries. * Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure timely project execution. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. * Monitor project progress and coordinate on-site works * Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documentation * Liaise and coordinate with homeowners, clients, and workers * Familiarity with renovation processes and basic electrical knowledge is preferred Requirements: * Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented * Candidates with relevant construction or renovation experience will have an advantage Requirements * Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in lighting, electrical, construction, renovation, or related industries. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage Benefits: ✅ Annual Leave ✅ Performance Bonus ✅ Transport Allowance / Transport Reimbursement Interested applicants, please PM us for more details.
