Project Manager – Bank Partnership / Loan Facilitation Projects Project Management Office (PMO) & Stakeholder Coordination Act as the PMO lead to coordinate across external funding partners/banks and internal stakeholders including business, product, technology, risk, operations, legal, and finance teams; Organize and drive project discussions, align responsibilities, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones; Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery. Requirement Gathering & Alignment Liaise with banks and funding partners on collaboration models, operational flows, system integration requirements, and project implementation plans; Work closely with internal business and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and system solutions; Ensure alignment between external partner requirements and internal operational, product, and technical capabilities. Project Strategy & Success Path Planning Design and structure the project implementation roadmap, including rollout approach, onboarding strategy, pilot execution, and go-live planning; Identify critical success factors and define clear execution plans to achieve project objectives; Continuously review project progress and optimize execution strategies throughout different project phases. Project Execution & Delivery Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, operational readiness, to production rollout; Coordinate project implementation activities including testing, workflow simulation, launch preparation, issue tracking, and post-launch support; Establish and maintain project governance including progress tracking, risk management, issue logs, and escalation mechanisms. Communication & Documentation Prepare regular project updates and management reports for stakeholders and senior management; Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, project plans, requirement documents, process flows, issue trackers, and implementation checklists; Ensure transparent and effective communication across all project stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines; Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in banking, fintech, consumer finance, loan facilitation, automotive financing, or system integration projects; Familiarity with lending workflows, banking collaboration models, API/system integration processes, or financial services operations is preferred; Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple parties simultaneously; Strong project management capabilities with the ability to structure complex problems, define execution plans, and drive projects to completion; Excellent communication and documentation skills, including preparation of project plans, requirement documents, process flows, and management presentations; Self-driven, execution-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in bank partnership projects, loan facilitation platforms, SaaS platforms, API integration, or risk management systems; Experience in automotive financing, rental financing, consumer lending, or SME financing projects;
