About this role
Your main job duties and responsibilities as a Senior Data Center Engineer - Team Lead include but are not limited to the following: Prepare shift schedule for Operations Team; Handle team resource management (leave management, attendance management, roster planning, etc.); Conduct interviews and selection of potential candidates for Operations team; Conduct training programmes for new operators; Be the escalation point for DC Level 1 Service Operations team; Monitor the sufficiency and operability for daily operation tasks; Generate daily, weekly and monthly operation reports; Generate and present monthly performance reports of the Operations team; Initiate service improvement plans for the Operations team; and Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
