We are looking for a dependable, self-driven HR Executive to own day-to-day HR operations in Singapore and help shape how our people function grows. This role suits someone who takes initiative without needing to be told twice, works independently with sound judgment, and brings an open-minded, solutions-first approach to problems. You'll be the person the business can count on to keep HR running smoothly, while also contributing fresh ideas on how we can do things better. Exposure to Malaysia and/or Philippines HR practices and regulations is a strong advantage, as our operations aslso support these markets, however Singapore remains the core of this role. Requirements Job Responsibilities What You'll Own Recruitment & Onboarding Partner with line managers to identify hiring needs and run the full recruitment cycle for key roles, from job description to offer. Propose and test alternative sourcing channels to reach the right talent efficiently. Design and deliver an onboarding experience including structured check-ins, that helps new hires integrate quickly into the team and culture. Support compensation strategies that help us attract and retain good people. HR Operations & Employee Relations Independently manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, medical benefits, insurance, work injury claims, government surveys, training grants, NS make-up claims, government-paid leave, and HR reporting. Handle employee relations matters with discretion — investigate issues fairly, mediate conflicts, and help maintain a healthy team dynamic. Keep HR records and personnel files accurate, complete, and audit-ready at all times. Run payroll accurately and on time, in line with Singapore employment law and company policy. Take ownership of process gaps or recurring issues rather than waiting for direction — flag problems early and propose fixes. Employee Engagement & Communications Champion employee engagement initiatives, from town halls to team bonding activities, and see them through end-to-end. Act as a visible advocate for the company on platforms like LinkedIn, supporting our employer brand. Advise line managers on practical ways to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Keep staff clearly informed of HR policy, process, and regulatory updates. HR Transformation & Digitalisation Support the Department Head in driving digitalisation of HR and business processes. Bring an open mind to new tools and ways of working, and help the team adopt them. Contribute to talent upskilling programmes. Employee Development & Training Work with line managers to anticipate future skill needs and support workforce planning. Help identify learning and development gaps, and coordinate training accordingly. Support skills mapping, upskilling initiatives, and talent review sessions to identify high performers. Respond to employee queries promptly and follow through to resolution. What You Bring 2–4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment; strong fresh graduates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply. A track record of being dependable — someone who follows through, meets deadlines, and can be trusted to manage sensitive matters with discretion. Demonstrated initiative: comfortable identifying problems and proposing solutions without waiting to be asked. Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls, while knowing when to escalate. An open-minded, adaptable approach to new ideas, tools, and ways of working. Solid grasp of payroll processes: salary, allowances, bonuses, increments, deductions, claims, CPF, and income tax submissions. Working knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and IRAS regulations. Familiarity with Malaysia and/or Philippines HR regulations and payroll is a strong plus. Diploma or degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field; IHRP or equivalent certification is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable with HRIS systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good business acumen and stakeholder influence. High attention to detail and integrity when handling confidential information. Available to start immediately is a plus.
