Job Summary We are recruiting two site supervisors to manage on-site work allocation and project progress, collaborating closely with general contractors to ensure smooth construction operations. Responsibilities Allocate on-site work tasks to teams to optimize productivity and meet project timelines Monitor and control project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards Communicate and coordinate effectively with the general contractor’s site manager to align project objectives and resolve issues Oversee daily site activities to maintain safety and operational efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry
