Are you a seasoned aviation professional with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for leadership? We are looking for a dynamic Manager to spearhead our airport operations and ensure our passengers receive a world-class experience from check-in to takeoff. As the primary representative of our airline at the station, you will be the bridge between corporate strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring that our brand values are upheld in every flight. Key Responsibilities Elevate Customer Service: Champion the highest standards of passenger service. You will oversee all ground handling activities to ensure a seamless and professional journey for every traveler. Safety & Security First: Act as the primary guardian of flight safety and operational security, ensuring all ground operations comply with international aviation regulations and company protocols. Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day flight dispatch, turnarounds, and baggage handling to maintain industry-leading On-Time Performance (OTP). Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of local staff. Conduct regular training sessions on service standards and safety procedures. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, customs, immigration, and third-party service providers. Requirements & Qualifications Work Location: Changi Airport, Singapore. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above (Open to all disciplines). Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). Mandatory Note: Proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is a prerequisite. Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese with our China headquarters and various departments, and be able to read and understand all internal company documents, official notices, and operating manuals, as these documents are all issued exclusively in Chinese . Experience: A minimum of 5–8 years in airport operations or airline management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IATA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and ground handling procedures.
