Site Engineer

Responsibilities: Assist Director/Project Manager in monitoring and manage the day-to-day technical and operational aspects of a construction project to ensure it's completed on time and within budget. Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters. Coordinate and supervise all activities on the construction site. Attend regular meetings with owner/ client/ architects/ contractors/ sub-cons on the project related matters. Check drawings and the ability to resolve technical queries and discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution. Monitor the work environment and ensure adherence to all relevant construction regulations and health and safety standards. Effective communication to convey technical information and manage relationships with diverse team members. Ad-hoc duties by Director/Manager Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the building construction is required for this position. Preferably with main-con experience on private residential projects. Preferably can communicate in both Chinese and English. To communicate with Mandarin-speaking sub-contractors and clients. Preferably PR / Singaporean
