Construction Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Supervise site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Monitor project progress and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Resolve technical and operational issues on site. Manage project schedules, manpower, and resources effectively. Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities when required. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant construction management experience. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management. Familiar with Singapore building regulations and workplace safety requirements. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
