Job Summary As a dumpling chef, you will prepare handmade dumplings and cook them to quality standards. You will also support kitchen operations as a team player when needed. Responsibilities Prepare handmade dumplings consistently to meet quality and taste standards Cook dumplings efficiently to ensure timely service and proper food safety Collaborate with kitchen team members to support daily kitchen activities and maintain smooth operations Stand and work for extended hours to meet production demands and experiment with new dishes Apply knowledge of food products and ingredient availability to plan and prepare cuisine effectively Organize and supervise kitchen activities to maintain order and efficiency during shifts Manage time effectively to oversee multiple kitchen tasks and ensure timely completion Required competencies and certifications Willingness to work any shift, including public holidays and Sundays Commitment to long-term employment Physical stamina to stand and work for long hours Preferred competencies and qualifications Openness to on-the-job training for career progression toward becoming a head chef Ability to experiment and create new dishes through culinary innovation
