Operation Manager

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with food safety standards. Supervise production staff, warehouse personnel, and supervisors to achieve production targets. Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Quality Assurance departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages or overstocking. Manage production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are carried out for machinery and equipment. Investigate operational issues, customer complaints, and quality incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
