About this role

1. Business Growth & Revenue Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients Achieve sales and revenue targets set by management Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention 3. Market Research & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments Identify emerging markets and potential areas for expansion Provide insights and recommendations to leadership 4. Partnerships & Networking Establish strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and business partners Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences Represent the company in external business engagements 5. Sales Planning & Reporting Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports Track KPIs and business development metrics Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue generated vs target Number of new clients acquired Client retention rate Size and quality of sales pipeline Conversion rate from lead to deal
