Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor (QS) We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. Requirements and Responsibilities: At least 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s construction industry. Manage the full quantity surveying process, from tender preparation and cost estimation to project completion and handover. Prepare quotations, tender submissions, budgets, cost reports, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget. Liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Able to work effectively with both Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking team members and clients. Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
