Site Supervisor / General Foreman (Electrical Works)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman to oversee daily site operations for electrical installation works in HDB/BTO projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site workers, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site operations and workers Plan and assign work tasks according to project schedule Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and standards Monitor work progress and report site updates Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow Maintain proper documentation and site records Ensure workers follow safety procedures and site rules Requirements Diploma or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience (HDB/BTO preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Able to manage and coordinate workers effectively Knowledge of workplace safety practices Able to work independently and under pressure Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Experience in HDB projects Basic knowledge of electrical installation works Possess relevant safety certificates (e.g. BCSS) Fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply Salary & Benefits Salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 5,000 (based on experience) CPF contribution provided Performance-based incentives (if applicable) Opportunity for career progression Additional Information Open to Singaporeans, PRs, and eligible candidates Training will be provided for suitable candidates
