Experience required; - Minimum 5 years of working experience on civil engineering projects with Main contractor experience preferred - Experience in government agency’s tender (LTA, PUB, JTC etc) - Be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, result-oriented and a good team player - Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Sound knowledge of construction and excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. - Sound computer literacy for MS office. - quantity taking offs, estimation, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors - Preparation of cost comparison analysis, negotiations with sub-contractors - Preparation of tender submissions as required - Getting involved in post-tender submission activities - Updating repository for historical data after tender submission Other quantity surveying related duties -Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equipment
