Project Manager

The Role We are looking for a hands-on, sales-driven Project Manager totake ownership of gallery sales, international art fair operations, andmarketing execution. This is a highly active, client-facing role at the centreof the business — representing the gallery at 5–7 international art fairs ayear, managing artist and client relationships, and driving the gallery'spresence across digital and social channels. Key Responsibilities Sales • Drive artsales as the primary responsibility of the role — at fairs, in the gallery, andthrough client relationships • Manage thefull sales cycle: client conversations, proposals, negotiation, closing, andinvoicing Art FairManagement • Representthe gallery at 5–7 international art fairs annually, with travel to Hong Kong,London, Singapore and Jakarta • Coordinatefair logistics end-to-end, including artwork shipment, booth setup, and on-siteoperations • Liaisedirectly with artists on artwork selection, consignment, and shipment for eachfair • Handlehands-on travel packing and preparation of artworks and booth materials GalleryAdministration • Managegallery inventory and day-to-day gallery-sitting duties • Issueinvoices and maintain accurate sales and client records Marketing& Digital Projects • Manage/Assistthe gallery's social media presence, including Instagram and Xiaohongshu (RED),with strong visual/graphic sensibility • Supportthe gallery's NFT and VR art initiatives — client conversations, proposals, andclosing sales on these projects • Overseeproject execution end-to-end across exhibitions, fairs, and digital artinitiatives What We're Looking For • Bachelor'sdegree • A genuinepassion for art and the art industry • Strongsales instincts and relationship-building skills • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office 365 • Designskills, with working knowledge of Canva • Comfortableusing AI tools in day-to-day work • Bilingualin English and Chinese • Willingand able to travel internationally for art fairs • Hands-onand detail-oriented, comfortable with the physical, on-the-ground side of therole (packing, shipping, on-site setup)
