You will be exposed to client’s top managements from various industries and assist them in formulating a business strategy driven by data collection and our hypothetical analysis related to overseas business expansion, and business restructuring, mainly in ASEAN, India, and other Asia Pacific countries. Sales & Business Development Deep-dive service lines to expand and develop client support portfolio Publish market reports as sales tool and accelerate ASEAN consulting services Lead the team and actively approach new and existing clients to achieve and exceed annual regional sales targets 2. Regional Project Execution Assure quality and align expectations with clients, who are usually MD of Regional Headquarters, and submit high standard deliverable Involve not only Singapore members, but also Malaysia, India, and Japan members to execute cross-boarder consulting services, and facilitate according execution Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and international company standards upon consulting services execution 3. Team Leadership & Talent Development Recruit, train and develop new strategic consulting members in Singapore to strengthen the team capabilities and Singapore service lines Motivate, coach, and evaluate employees in fair and constructive manners to enhance performance and career growth 4. Strategic Responsibilities Communicate with existing and potential customers actively fully utilizing language skills and industry expertise, and support the Y&S groups growth and strategic move Collaborate with regional teams, not only consulting but M&A-advisory and valuation teams on cross-boarder project executions and sales-business development. Requirements Minimum 7 years relevant work experience in management consulting firm, market research firm, corporate planning roles, business development roles. Business acumen with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to present solutions to complex problems in a logical and step-by-step manner in various industries Top performance in sales and execution of consulting projects or relevant strength Academic background in business field (accounting & finance, marketing) is an advantage Native level Japanese language proficiency (N1 and above) is highly advantageous, as the work requires communication with Japan team members and clients. Professional mindset with high sense of responsibility toward client Strong attitude towards learning new things beyond his/her comfort zone Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
