Senior Procurement Executive

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection Monitor inventory levels and plan timely stock replenishment to ensure continuous supply Maintain accurate and timely procurement records Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field Procurement experience preferred Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills Strong communication skills in English and Chinese Proficient in Microsoft Office Compulsory to be fluent in spoken, written, and reading Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and lead procurement initiatives Positive working attitude and willingness to learn Other Information: 5.5 Days work week Performance bonuses
