Job Summary You will apply your carpentry skills in construction projects, working on-site to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. You will adapt to shift work and support project handovers as needed, contributing to successful project completion. Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks on construction sites to meet project specifications and quality standards Adjust work schedule to include shift work and after-hours during project handovers to ensure timely project completion Demonstrate carpentry competency by participating in practical skills assessments as requested by management Complete probation period tasks and evaluations to qualify for permanent employment Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a carpenter in construction Willingness to work shifts and outside regular hours during project handovers
