Join Our Team – Contract Administrator We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Contract Administrator to support our Contract Team in managing project documentation, contract administration, and commercial processes throughout the project lifecycle. If you have a strong Quantity Surveying background and enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Provide contract administration support throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other contractual documents. Assist in preparing and processing variation orders, payment claims, and contract-related correspondence. Maintain accurate records of contractual documents, claims, and project documentation. Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and key dates. Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and administrative matters. Record and maintain meeting minutes, RFI (Request for Information), and SI (Site Instruction) registers. Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documentation. Support the Contract Team in contract administration and final account documentation. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration or quantity surveying within the construction industry. Knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration procedures. Familiar with variation orders (VO), payment claims, progress claims, and final accounts. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Free transportation provided from Tanah Merah MRT Interested applicants are welcome to apply now.
