Shipping Executive

· Handle import and export permits and shippingdocuments, including BL, DO, notices, and invoices. · Coordinate bookings, cargo movement, andshipment status with carriers, customers, and agents. · Negotiate freight rates and prepare quotationsbased on shipment requirements. · Liaise with customers on instructions,timelines, and shipment follow-up. · Work with warehouse and transport teams toensure smooth delivery and fulfilment. · Monitor shipment progress and resolvedocumentation or operational issues promptly. · Maintain accurate records of permits,quotations, documents, and correspondence. · Ensure compliance with customs, shippingregulations, and internal procedures. · 5.5 days week
