Job Description:- Direct Experience in managing workers in the Main/Subcontractor Labour Environment independently Well experienced with barbend scheduling Supervise and lead a construction team of 30 or more workers and subcontractors, etc. Ensuring timely and smooth progress of all worksites operation To oversee daily worksite operation and resolve workers' problems encountered. Monitor and ensure all workers comply with specific rules and requirements, etc. Requirement:- Minimum 10 years of experiences in the related field is required for this position Ability to work beyond normal working hours (Mon to Sat)
