About this role

Key Responsibilities Finance Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing. Prepare management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports. Oversee project costing, progress claims, collections, retention sums, and subcontractor payments. Drive collections, credit control, and payment recovery to maintain healthy cash flow. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, GST, CPF, and statutory requirements. Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, lawyers, and clients. HR & Administration Oversee payroll, recruitment, HR administration, and statutory compliance. Manage office administration, insurance, licences, contracts, and company assets. Maintain effective policies, procedures, and internal controls. Leadership Lead and supervise the Accounts Assistant and HR & Admin Executive. Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry. Strong hands-on experience in full set of accounts, cash flow management, and credit control. Familiarity with project costing, progress claims, retention sums, and subcontractor payments. Knowledge of payroll, CPF, GST, and statutory compliance. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Independent, hands-on, commercially minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
