Assistant Site Supervisor

Job Description: Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Coordinate and supervise the work activity on site, monitor the daily progress and keep track based on schedule Produce schedules and monitor attendance of workers Allocate general and daily responsibilities Ensure manpower and resources are adequate Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met Supervise the use of machinery and equipment Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget Resolve problems when they arise Report on progress to project managers, engineers etc Ensure safety and housekeeping is tomaintained to the highest standard To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned Requirements: Prior experience in construction coordination or administrative support is preferred Basic knowledge of construction processes and site procedures Good communication and organizational skills Able to use Microsoft Office applications Ability to read basic construction drawings is an advantage Able to work independently with minimum supervision Willing to work Six days per week ( Monday to Saturday )
