Brand Marketing • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives. • Build brand awareness and strengthen Yang Guofu's market position in Singapore. • Ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints. Campaign & Promotion • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, new store openings, product launches, festive promotions, and local activation events. • Work closely with Operations to increase customer traffic and improve sales performance across all stores. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI. Digital Marketing • Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and Google Business Profile. • Develop engaging content and oversee creative production. • Collaborate with influencers (KOLs/KOCs), media agencies, and content creators to increase brand visibility. Partnership & Business Growth • Establish partnerships with shopping malls, lifestyle brands, payment partners, food delivery platforms (GrabFood, foodpanda, Deliveroo), and local communities. • Support marketing initiatives for franchise development and regional expansion where required. Customer Insights & CRM • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities. • Develop customer retention and loyalty programmes. • Track key marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports. Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with Operations, Product Development, Finance, and Headquarters to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. • Manage external agencies, marketing vendors, and campaign budgets. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry. • Strong knowledge of Singapore's consumer market and digital marketing landscape. • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and social media management. • Experience in campaign planning, event marketing, and partnership development. • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to support communication with regional teams and headquarters. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working for a chain restaurant or franchise business. • Familiarity with CRM and membership programmes. • Experience launching new stores or supporting market expansion. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
